Conflict in working relationships are normal, emerging when we step forward into vulnerable and courageous work.
However they may become obstacles to the work of the project.
I offer my reflective deep listening to regenerative organisations or projects that are experiencing conflicts interfering in their day to day harmony and work.
Working one to one we explore detonants of emotional or behavioural reactions and seek to transform these into learnings.
